Imperfect World

Got woken up by some chatting noises in the "middle" of the night. I lied on my bed straining to identify the sources of those noises. Clearly one that stood out belonged to my brother whereas the other did not seemed to sound like my mum. Given that I just woke up, it did not occurred to me that my brother brought a friend home. Thus, I decided to tell my brother and mum to tone down. As I paused outside my brother's room and was about to speak, I saw someone else (not  my mum) was with my brother in his room, and I ended up taking an awkward turn into the kitchen. Surprised by the fact, I stood in the middle of the kitchen recalling what I just saw - 2 persons in the room chatting. Strangely, now being nearer to his room, I hear another one more person's voice (not my mum's) in his room. Wait. This makes a total of 3 persons in the room together and I clearly saw 2 in the room. Am I dreaming? As I walked past my brother's room once more, I didn't dared to look into his room but this time it sounded obviously like 3 persons. However I am still bugged by the fact that I only saw 2 person chatting :( *making a mental note to self that I must figure this out by tml*

"Yesterday I went to butter factory with a few of my friends". Surprised? Definitely. This fact is very surprising, not only to you but for me as well. Seriously, right now, thinking back, I am wondering why did I ever agreed to go to butter factory. Most probably I wasn't being right in the mind at that point of time and went along with my friends.
That night, being slapped on with a decent amount of make-up and wore the "appropriate" outfit, I stood by the bar table staring into space with a drink in my hand, while my friends are down at the dance floor immersed in their dancing. The people around me were all "high" at their dancing or busy drinking and "chatting" with others. Obviously, I stood out among the crowds. I bet the surrounding people are wondering why is this girl here. Anyway, during this entire time, I thought a lot, well, not a lot but rather, sufficient for me to come to a decision that I would not want to visit places like this again. Strangely, only when I was there then I felt that I wasn't the type suitable for such events. It hitted me hard that I am a morning person, a food person, a manga person, a quiet person and not a loud night life person. As I drink and try to be in my own world, I went overboard with my drinking. And now, I ended up having rash all over my body. Tsk tsk tsk.
Nevertheless, I cherished my one time experience in butter factory with my friends. This shall served as a yardstick and a reminder for any further invitation/s *if any* to such places.

I was just chatting with a friend and both of us decided that I should improve my English by trying to blog frequently. And of course, I have to type in standard English with good grammar. To me, this is quite a challenge. My grammar is really bad. I couldn't spot any grammatical mistake if you ask me to. Okay, maybe not that exaggerating; I can still spot some simple errors. But still it poses as a great obstacle that I have to conquer in my journey of perfecting my English. Perhaps as you read till here, I might have already made quite a few grammatical errors. Nevertheless, it won't stop me from trying.

Sometimes if you are not listening is not your fault.
Sometimes being slow is not wrong.
Sometimes a sarcastic reply, I could understand.
Sometimes there's no reply, maybe you hasn't heard what I said.
But still, there are times where my patience has its limit.
